Coming Up this Week: Organic Food Talk, Green Fundraiser and Zumba

1. Dining to Donate

Eat dinner at Panera Bread in Hampton Bays on Monday night and help raise money for green initiatives at Hampton Bays Middle School. Must bring a flyer to participate, the flyer can be downloaded here.

2. Zumba

On Tuesday, there are two Zumba classes available. At 5:45 p.m. head over to the Hampton Bays library for a class or take a 6:30 class at the Quogue Library. Both classes are $5.

3. Mommy & Me Yoga

On Wednesday, take your son or daughter to a mommy and me yoga class. There are two available, one at 10 a.m. for $15 at the The Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute in Hampton Bays or a free class at the Quogue Library at 11:00 a.m.

4. Hampton Bays Mothers Association Meeting

On Thursday at 6 p.m., the Hampton Bays Mother's Association will be at the Hampton Bays Library. Parents are welcome to bring their children to the meeting.

5. Organic Food Talk

On Friday at 4:30 p.m. the Quogue Wildlife Refuge will host a talk by Chris Visco, an organic gardener who has worked as an Environmental Analyst, as well as an Environmental Science Teacher. Tickets are $20 and will benefit The Sobornost For The World Foundation of Hampton Bays.
