
The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
• On Feb. 21, Quogue police charged Trenton Otter-Robe, 22, of Westhampton Beach, with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Otter-Robe, who was pulled over on Old Main Road at 1:14 a.m. for failing to signal, was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
• Also on Feb. 21, Quogue police charged Damon Matthews, 59, of Remsenburg, with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Matthews, who was pulled over on Dune Road at 8:38 a.m., was further charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

• Christopher Anderson, 18, of Westhampton Beach, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor on Feb. 27 after an investigation. Quogue Police said Anderson stole a can of beer on from the Hess Mart in Quogue on Feb. 11 at 11:35 p.m.
• On Feb. 25, Quogue police responded to a report of a dead seal on the Quogue Village Beach. Quogue police notified the Riverhead Foundation, which responded. The cause of death of the seal is unknown.
