Brooklyn Judge Landicino, of Yorktown, Pleads Guilty to DWI
New York Supreme Court Justice Carl J. Landicino pleaded guilty on Tuesday.

New York Supreme Court Justice Carl J. Landicino, a Yorktown resident, pleaded guilty to a driving while intoxicated charge, according to multiple news reports.
Landicino was stopped on Oct. 17, 2012 on I-87 in the town of Colonie, which is a suburb of Albany, for driving aggressively, police said. A state police trooper saw "physical signs of intoxication," according to a news release issued by Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares, the Journal News reported.
Police said Landicino failed standardized field sobriety testing, and then refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content.
