Cops: Failure to Pay Child Support; Menacing Woman with Knife
A 36-year-old Mahopac man had two drivers' license suspensions for failure to pay child support. In a separate incident a 38-year-old Mohegan Lake man had "menaced" a woman with a knife.

A 36-year-old Mahopac man is scheduled to appear in court later this month to answer a charge of driving with a suspended license, police said.
The man was stopped on Feb. 22 for having an excessive window tint when it was revealed that he had two drivers’ license suspensions for failure to pay child support, Yorktown police said.

He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and excessive window tint, a traffic infraction. He was scheduled to appear in court on March 26.

Police arrested a 38-year-old Mohegan Lake man for menacing a woman with a knife during a domestic dispute, police said.
The man was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, after the Feb. 23 incident at a Lexington Avenue home. He was served with a temporary order of protection and then remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $5,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 28.
