Cops: Man Fails to Appear in Court on DWI Charge

A 23-year-old Cortlandt Manor man was arrested after he failed to show up in Yorktown Town Court to answer a past DWI charge, Yorktown police said.
Police issued an arrest warrant for David L. Herbin on Jan. 3 and he was arrested on Jan. 19 by Westchester County Police on an unrelated charge.
The man was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Jan. 24.
