Cops: Teen Arrested for Kicking, Damaging Door at Phoenix Academy
The student was released to a third party and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on April 4.

Yorktown police have arrested a 16-year-old Bronx resident for damaging a door at the Phoenix Academy facility in Yorktown, police said.
The teen, whose name police did not release, was charged wit fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Police responded to the facility on March 4 after a staff member reported that the teen had repeatdedly been kicking the door the previous day.
