The second part of the public hearing for Costco will be held tonight, Nov. 19. It will be held at the Yorktown Stage at 7:30 p.m.

Congratulations to the Lakeland High School field hockey team for winning the New York State championship on Sunday. The Hornets won the New York State field hockey championship with 6-0 victory over Pittsford Sutherland.
3. Yorktown Teen Center Food and Gift Drive

The Yorktown Teen Center is holding a food drive in November and December to help the Yorktown Food Pantry. Bring non-perishable food items to the center if you'd like to make a donation. The center is also collecting gifts for homeless teens through Dec. 15. You can bring unwrapped gifts for a teen (such as jeans, accessories and small items that they can carry easily from shelter to shelter).
4. Yorktown BOE Meeting
Yorktown school board members will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at the Mildred E. Strang Middle School cafeteria. Click here for the agenda.
5. The Town of Somers Thanks the Salvation Army
