Dunkin, CVS Projects On Yorktown Planning Board Agenda

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27.

The agenda, which can be seen here, includes requests for time extensions, a proposed 3,000 square-foot commercial office building at 322 East Main St., a discussion of the proposed Dunkin at 3735 Crompond Rd., discussion of a CVS Pharmacy at 3320 Crompond Rd and a discussion of a mixed-use 148 unit development at 370 Underhill Ave.

The meeting will be in the Town Hall Board Room and on Optimum channel 20 and FiOS channel 33.
