"Serving on the board of the Friends is not a traditional board experience," Helen Brady said. "We are a young group with many challenges; we are informal, and require a stronger personal involvement than more established boards. Also, The Friends have a unique relationship with the County of Westchester and must work together for the good of Hilltop."
In 2013 through 2015, the group plans to add up to four new board members; the board of directors is an instrumental part in the development of the organization.
