Police Blotter: Teen Attempts to Use Stolen Credit Card, Man Drives Through Red Light, Stolen Furniture
Police activity for the week including a man who violates order of protection against mother, teens caught with marijuana, teen steals credit card, man causes damage to two cars, items stolen from unlocked cars.

Son Violates Order of Protection Against Mother
Police arrested Eric R. Tutino, 29, from Yorktown, for violating a criminal court order of protection. The victim said her son Eric had violated the order, which had him refrain from certain conduct, such as harassing, intimidating and acting disorderly toward the woman, police said. The man was transported to police headquarters and released on $250 bail. He was due to appear in court on Dec. 9

Police arrested Timothy M. Feeley, 25, from Yorktown, and charged him on two counts of third degree criminal mischief, a felony. On Dec. 2 police said they received a call from two patrons of Murphy's reporting that their vehicles were vandalized while parked in the Brookside Plaza parking lot at approximately 2:50 p.m. Officer Robert Pavletich was dispatched and revealed Feeley had kicked the two vehicles, causing $500 in damage to each car. At approximately 4:39 p.m. the man was located and placed under arrest. Judge Gilbert served Feeley two temporary orders of protection. He was due in court on Dec. 7.
Man Fails to Appear in Court for Petit Larceny Arrest

Police arrested John Uhl, 24, from Monticello, on a bench warrant issued by the Yorktown Justice Court. On Oct. 14 at 6 p.m. the man allegedly failed to appear in court in reference to a petit larceny arrest. On Dec. 2 at 11:30 a.m. officer William Olli arrested the defendant at the Sullivan County jail where he was being held on an unrelated charge. Uhl is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 6, 2011.
Man Without a License Runs a Steady Red Light
Police arrested Matthew D. Delorenzo, 29, from Peekskill and charged him on several counts after he ran a steady red light at the intersection of Route 6 and Sunnyside Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and a computer check revealed his license was suspended, and the vehicle's front windshield was obstructed. He was charged with two traffic infractions and aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Delorenzo was processed and released on $100 bail. He is due in court on Jan. 4, 2011.
Stolen Furniture for Vacant House
Police received a report of a burglary at an East Main Street residence on Dec. 3 at 1:28 p.m. The building was a vacant house and furniture was taken over time. A wooden dresser and wooden chair were gone.
Teen Threatened with a Knife
Police received a report that a subject was menaced with a knife at the Jeffesron Valley mall, 650 Lee Blvd. on Dec. 3. Police said a group of youths had gotten into an argument. The victim, an 18-year-old boy from Ossining, said a white male, blue and black shirt fled on foot toward Macy's. Investigation to continue.
Teen Steals and Attempts to Use Credit Card
Police arrested a 17-year-old female and charged her with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. On Dec. 4, police received a complaint from a Cortlandt Manor resident who reported her Visa debit card was stolen from her residence. Officer Stephen Bobker was assigned to investigate and found the teen in possession of the stolen card at the Jefferson Valley Mall. She was subsequently placed under arrest. Police did not reveal her name. She was arraigned in town court and released without bail. She was due to appear in court on Dec. 9.
Marijuana Possession
Police arrested Nicolas Belenko, 19, from Mohegan Lake, and charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Officer Mark Rapisarda was assigned to investigate a suspicious vehicle on High Street on Dec. 5, and revealed Belenko had a small quantity of marijuana on him. He was processed at the police station and released without bail to a parent. He is due in court on Jan. 6, 2011.
Leave Your Car Unlocked for Thieves
Several residents reported to police that someone had stolen items from their unlocked vehicles on Dec. 5.
At 8:42 a.m. a Parmly Rd. resident reported someone had entered her unlocked vehicle and removed her purse and other items.
At 9:14 a.m. a Crawford Road resident reported larceny from an unlocked vehicle sometime overnight.
At 1:14 p.m. A Revere Drive resident reported that two vehicles were entered overnight and small change was taken.
Teen Rolls a Marijuana Blunt
On Dec. 7 at 11:35 p.m. police observed teens in the parking lot of the Yorktown Carvel, 372 Downing Drive. A kid was rolling a marijuana blunt and was subsequently arrested. Officers Pietraniell, Nadoraski, and Davis responded to the call. The 17-year-old whose name police did not receive is a BOCES Fox Meadow student.
Woman Asks Odd Questions in Bank
On Dec. 8 police received a report that a woman had gone into the Putnam County Savings Bank branch at 3649 Lee Rd. and was asking odd questions. The same person was seen in a Mahopac branch asking the same questions. Upon police arrival the woman was gone. Allegedly she was hiding her face when she entered the bank, kept looking at the bank vault, and was asking for gift cards.
