It does not indicate a conviction. </li> </ul> A 22-year-old Mahopac woman faces a drunken driving charge in Yorktown after her car rolled over on East Mohansic Avenue, police said.  Police said they received the report of a one car rollover on Feb. 17 at about 2:20 a.m.  Kelly A. Damato was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more (Misdemeanors; and failure to maintain lane, a violation.  The woman was released to a friend and was to appear in Yorktown Town Court on March 21.
