1. Town Board Work Session
A number of issues will be revisited during tonight's work session. Board members will reconsider an earlier decision to have the town prosecutor plead town traffic tickets in lieu of police officers. Lakeland's Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) McDonald's Fundraiser will be held on today from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cortlandt Town Center McDonald's. During these hours McDonald’s will donates a percentage of their total profit to SEPTA.
4. Children's Programs:
Get moving...The Music & Movement classes for children at the John C. Hart Library have been rescheduled for this week, Tuesday, Feb. 7 and Wednesday, Feb. 9.
5. Lakeland and Yorktown Sports
Lakeland: Boys varsity basketball vs. Putnam Valley at Putnam Valley 6 p.m.; Girls varsity basketball vs. Putnam Valley at LHS 4:15 p.m.
Yorktown: Girls varsity basketball vs. Mahopac at Mahopac 6 p.m.; Varsity wrestling vs. Fox Lane at Fox Lane; Varsity Ski vs. Clarkstown and Tuxedo.
