Somers Zoning Board To Meet Tuesday

SOMERS, NY — The Somers Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting Tuesday, Feb. 21.

The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. and will be in-person with remote access.

On the agenda, which can be viewed in its entirety here along with supporting documents, will be an application for a special exception use permit for an existing accessory apartment for 128 Young Rd. in Katonah, an application for a variance for an existing in-ground pool accessory at 8 Silver Springs Court in Katonah and an application for a height variance for a new business sign for AT&T at 80 Route 6 in Baldwin Place.

The meeting will be at the Town House Annex, 337 Route 202 in Somers.
