State Police Arrest Drunk Drivers

Two men were arrested and charged with drunk driving.

On Feb. 6, Mahopac resident Ricardo Del Cid Gonzalez, 38, was arrested in Yorktown at 1:40 a.m. for drunk driving. Cortlandt troopers saw him driving east on Route 6 and weaving across the turning median and the eastbound lane.

He was pulled over, and failed the administered Standardized Field Sobriety Test. Cid Gonzalez was arrested and transported to State Police Cortlandt for processing. He is due in Yorktown Town Court on Feb. 11.

After police responded to a disabled vehicle complaint, they arrested Steven Mosby, 58 from Cortlandt, for driving drunk on Feb. 7 at 9:10 p.m. He was charged with driving while ability impaired (DWAI) by alcohol or drugs; as well as second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Mosby is due in Cortlandt Town Court on Feb. 18.
