Yorktown Cops: Cortlandt Manor Man Arrested for Pushing Female
The 55-year-old man was charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor.

Police charged a 55-year-old Cortlandt Manor man with attempted assault for pushing a woman and causing her minor injuries, Yorktown police said.
Charles A. Rabe was arrested on March 16 and charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor.
Police said he pushed a female victim several times at a Mohegan Lake residence on March 15 and caused her minor injuries. Rabe voluntarily turned himself into police headquarters. He was processed and released.

Rabe was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on March 26.
