It does not indicate a conviction.  Yorktown police have arrested a 27-year-old Mahopac Falls woman for shoplifting at Macy's. She tried to leave the store with $238.11 worth of clothes, police said.  The woman was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Macy's security reported to police that the shoplifter was in custody on March 5.  The woman was turned over to Yorktown police and after she was processed, she was released without bail. She was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on April 4.
