Shooting Victim In SW Charlotte Hospitalized With Hand Injury
Investigators are looking for a suspect in this mid-afternoon shooting.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are investigating a shooting early Tuesday afternoon in southwest Charlotte.
Just before 2:30 p.m., police were called to the corner of Whitehall Park Drive and South Tryon Street to respond to gunfire.
Upon arrival, officers found an individual who had been shot in the hand. Medical personnel took the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
