Former employee sues Legion Brewing over alleged safety issues (wsoctv.com) — A former Legion Brewing employee in Charlotte is suing the company, alleging unsafe conditions ranging from improper chemical storage to inadequate protective gear and falling metal rods. He and his attorney say he was pushed out for raising safety concerns, while the brewery declines comment. The report also reminds Charlotte workers of key OSHA rights and tight deadlines for whistleblower complaints.
   

2. TSA urging preparation and patience ahead of holiday rush (spectrumlocalnews.com) — If you’re flying out of Charlotte Douglas for the holidays, airport and TSA officials expect heavy crowds and urge you to arrive early, pack carefully, and keep security rules in mind.
