Missing 6-Week-Old Boy Found Safe In Youngstown

The Amber Alert issued for the boy has been canceled.

UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been canceled. Cannon Tatum was found safe in Youngstown on Wednesday morning.

CLEVELAND — An Amber Alert has been issued for 6-week-old Cannon Tatum, who was taken from his family on Tuesday night, Cleveland police announced.

Tatum was taken by a family friend, Tiashia Dumas, police said. Dumas argued with Tatum's mother, attacked her, and then grabbed the baby, jumped into her car and drove off, police said.

Both the suspect and baby were seen in a black 2006 Chevy Impala, with the temporary tag M38856.

Police believe Dumas may be intoxicated. Investigators think she could be headed toward the Youngstown area.
