Cleveland PD Seeks Tips After Man Dies 19 Months After Shooting
Who fatally shot Romell Langford Jr.? Cleveland police want to know.

CLEVELAND, OH — Cleveland police are hoping the community can help them solve a fatal shooting that claimed the victim's life - almost two years after the fact.
Romell Langford Jr., 27, was found with a gunshot wound to his head in Jan. 2019, according to police. The shooting took place inside of his apartment on Collondale Road.
He ultimately died due to his injuries approximately 19 months later. The case has since been ruled a homicide, police said.

Langford Jr. is remembered by family as a having a beautiful soul, and as a sweet, kind and a selfless person, police said. He was also an up and coming, inspiring rapper with a bright future, but his life was cut short due to gun violence. Rommel’s family loves and misses him very much.
Investigators from the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit is asking the public's help to find out who fatally shot Rommel.
