Ex-Browns safety's ‘Temple Run' mansion finally sells after two years (crainscleveland.com) — A Brecksville mansion once owned by former Cleveland Browns safety John Johnson III has finally sold for $1.45 million after nearly two years on and off the market. The home, famous for its “Temple Run” themed lower level and spotlighted by Crain’s Cleveland Business, drew national social media attention while quietly closing a real-estate chapter tied to Johnson’s Cleveland stint.
   

2. Where to recycle your Christmas tree after the holidays (fox8.com) — Cleveland-area residents using real Christmas trees are urged not to leave them at the curb with regular recycling, but instead use city, farm, or compost-site collection programs listed by the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District. The agency also suggests repurposing trees in your yard or private pond to benefit wildlife and soil health.
   

3. Seven arrested in past week for OVI, including one man for the ninth time: Shaker Heights police blotter (cleveland.com subscription) — Recent Shaker Heights police reports detail multiple OVI arrests, including several involving Cleveland residents stopped along Lee, Van Aken, and Chagrin boulevards. Officers also handled assaults, domestic violence, weapons charges, and property damage, underscoring ongoing safety and traffic-enforcement concerns in neighborhoods bordering Cleveland.
   

4. Teamsters file nationwide unfair labor practice charges against Airgas (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Teamsters’ ongoing strike against industrial gas supplier Airgas includes workers from Local 507 in Cleveland, who joined a nationwide labor action that began in June. The union has now filed federal unfair labor practice charges, alleging illegal retaliation, lockouts, and bad-faith bargaining at Airgas facilities across 11 states. Cleveland members are part of a broader push for what they call a fair contract.
