Concealed-Carry Showdown in Westlake
Westlake police defuse explosive situation involving road rage and concealed-carry permit holders.
Road-rage appears to what led to a heated exchange which resulted in two concealed-carry permit holders threatening a show-down on Detroit Road near Crocker Road.
According to police records, 67 year-old William Keener of Westlake pulled up next to another vehicle and exchanged words with the passengers.
Apparently, Keeners didn't like what the passengers had to say because he then slammed his vehicle into theirs several times until they pulled over.
