Drive-By Shooting In Cleveland: 1 Dead, 1 Wounded
Shooters in two cars surrounded two men and fired at them, police said.
CLEVELAND — Two people were shot, one fatally, during a drive-by on Saturday on Cleveland's east side, police announced.
At 2:15 a.m., gunshots were heard near E. 93rd Street and Gorman Avenue. When officers arrived, Cleveland firefighters were already there, giving first aid to a wounded man. EMS arrived and a 32-year-old man was declared dead on the street, police said. He had been shot multiple times.
A second wounded man was found in a nearby field. He had been shot multiple times. His condition is not known at this time.

Investigators believe both wounded men were driving down E. 93rd when they were boxed in by two cars. Shooters in the two cars fired multiple times at both men. The second man managed to get out of the car and run into the field, where he collapsed, police said.
No arrests have yet been made. The Real Time Crime Center is assisting with the investigation, police said.
