Man Says Neighbor With Gun Threatened Him
The Noble Road resident said his neighbor ran into the apartment building with a gun and made threatening remarks.

A man called just before 7 p.m. July 18 and said his neighbor had a gun and was making threatening remarks.
The suspect ran into the apartment building on the 2300 block of Noble Road and the witness said he pulled out a silver or blue revolver. The witness and other neighbors said they heard the suspect say he was going to "smoke him" and "do him," and "I'm not playing."
Police arrested the suspect, a 21-year-old Cleveland Heights resident, and charged him with aggravated menacing and inducing panic. Police did not find a weapon.
