  1. The Marietta/Belpre Health Department will be hosting Belpre Clinic Day this Wednesday. On Nov. 16, residents can get their COVID-19 and flu vaccinations from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 715 Park Drive in Belpre. 2. About 13 miles away in Parkersburg, The Blennerhassett Museum of Regional History is holding the 18th Mid-Ohio Valley Heritage Quilt Show. The theme for this year's event is “Quilts for All Seasons," according to chairwoman Brenda Wentzel, who has been in her role for eight years. Quilts are on display through Nov. 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. The winner of “People’s Choice” will be announced on Nov. 20. (Subscription: Marietta Times)
  3. Do you recognize this dog? Aunt Bea is a senior female Chihuahua mix who was brought to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley on Nov. 12 by a Good Samaritan. The person found her without a collar in the parking lot at the Lafayette Center Shopping Plaza on Pike Street. She was not microchipped. Aunt Bea is being held for three days so that her family will have an opportunity to reclaim her with proof of ownership (in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code).
