  3. Washington State Community College will receive a major grant to help improve campus safety and security. Over $220,000 in funds will go towards ensuring the safety of students and faculty on campus. The award is part of the 2022 Campus Safety Grant Program. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of shootings and other violent crimes on college campuses. (WTAP)
