Meet A Future Leader In Marietta: Amanda Rauch
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people achieving great things in our community.

The future of Marietta is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Amanda Rauch, who are making a positive impact in and around Marietta.
Amanda, a senior at Warren High School in Marietta, has been recognized as a Marietta Times Teen of the Week as well as Queen Genevieve XLVIII at the 2024 Ohio River Sternwheel Festival. Amanda excels in both her academics and extracurriculars, serving as secretary of the National Honor Society and playing key roles in the Student Council, Students Solving Problems and the school’s mock trial team. Amanda has also demonstrated a deep commitment to giving back to her community through initiatives like food drives, teacher appreciation events and disaster relief fundraisers
Outside the classroom, Amanda shines as a standout athlete on Warren High’s track team, specializing in pole vault and high jump. Her passion for the sport, inspired by her older brother’s coach, has driven her personal growth both physically and mentally. Amanda plans to continue her track career at the University of Akron, where she will study exercise science and nutrition.
