2 Arrested For Pointing A Gun At People In Downtown Portland
Noelany Loveheart and Jordan Tolson was reportedly seen pointing the .22 Ruger at people near the Burnside Bridge late Monday/early Tuesday.

PORTLAND, OR — Police on Tuesday arrested two people accused of pointing a handgun at another person in downtown Portland near the Burnside Bridge.
Jordan Ryan Tolson, 19, and Noelany Nayeli Loveheart, 20, were both taken to the Multnomah County Jail. Tolson was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, and Loveheart was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful use of weapon.

Central Precinct officers were reportedly dispatched to Southwest Ankeny Street and Southwest Third Avenue just after 12 a.m. Feb. 27 following a 911 call regarding a woman pointing a gun at another person.

After searching the area for people matching the description given to 911 dispatchers, police located Tolson and Loveheart and took them into custody without incident.
After searching a backpack Tolson was carrying, police found what appears to be a .22 Ruger.

Neither Tolson nor Loveheart have criminal histories in Oregon.
However, court documents show Tolson, a resident of Renton, Washington, has five misdemeanors, including theft, reckless endangering, and hit and run.
