8th Pedestrian Killed In Portland ID'd As 20-Year-Old Man
Logan Dunlap was struck by a Subaru Legacy when he tried to cross NE Sandy Boulevard Wednesday night. No criminal charges have been filed.

PORTLAND, OR — Police on Friday identified the eighth pedestrian this year to be killed in Portland as 20-year-old Logan Jeffrey Dunlap.
Dunlap was struck by a westbound Subaru Legacy in 12200-block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard just after 9 p.m. March 21. The Subaru's driver, 33-year-old Nathaniel Stuart Smith, has reportedly cooperated with the subsequent investigation.
No arrests have been made and no citations have been issued at this time, police said, noting the investigation will continue; afterward, all discovered information will be forwarded to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office for review.

Police said Dunlap was trying to cross the street when he was hit. It's unclear whether he was in a crosswalk.
Dunlap sustained serious injuries from the collision and reportedly died at the scene.
