Burnside Bridge Will Close For Rose Festival Parade This Weekend
The Portland Rose Festival's Grand Floral Parade will require a complete vehicular closure of the Burnside Bridge on Saturday morning.

PORTLAND, OR — The Portland Rose Festival's Grand Floral Parade will require the closure of Burnside Bridge for several hours this weekend, forcing TriMet bus route detours on three separate lines.
The Burnside Bridge will close to both cars and through river traffic from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 9.
TriMet bus lines 12-Sandy, 19-Glisan, and 20-Burnside will detour over Steel Bridge during the parade, county transportation officials said. Sidewalks will remain open to pedestrian traffic, but all motor vehicles should seek alternate routes via the Steel or Morrison bridges.
