Dominos Robber Escapes; Police Seek Tips

Portland police have asked the community for help identifying and locating the man who robbed a Dominos Pizza shop Saturday night.

PORTLAND, OR — Police have asked the community for help identifying the person responsible for robbing a Dominos Pizza in Northeast Portland on Saturday.

East Precinct officers were dispatched to the reported robbery at 453 N.E. 70th Ave. just before 11:15 p.m. Aug. 25. According to police officials, dominos employees said the suspect entered the shop and "implied that he was armed with a weapon" before demanding money.

After taking an undisclosed amount of cash the man fled without further incident, police said. A search of the surrounding neighborhood was reportedly unsuccessful.

The suspect is described as a male between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 with a thin build.
