Fuller, however, chose instead to make several turns through the Irvington Neighborhood in an attempt to flee, police said, noting both Fuller and the Pontiac were quickly located in the 600-block of Northeast Thompson Street — roughly one block from where Fuller reportedly struck the curb.
Parking along Northeast Thompson Street, Fuller reportedly left his vehicle, walked up to a house, and proceeded to stand at the door.
