Halloween Homicide: Police Seek Jose Alvarez-Madrigal's Killer
In the five years since Jose Alvarez-Madrigal was killed, police say that they have no motive, no witnesses., and need help .

PORTLAND, OR – The man in the photo is Jose Manuel Alvarez-Madrigal. He was 32-years-old when he was found slumped over in a car on the 3800 block of Northeast Shaver Street. He'd been shot to death. Since then, no witnesses have come forward, police have no suspects.
Portland Police say that they would like to see that change.
They are working with Crime Stoppers of Oregon to bring attention to the case.

A $2,500 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
