L'Etoile French Immersion Students Donate Toys to Children in Need

Students held a toy drive to benefit the Portland Fire and Rescue's Toy & Joy Makers program

Students at L'Etoile French Immersion School in Portland recently donated toys to benefit the Portland Fire and Rescue’s Toy & Joy Makers program. Throughout November and December, students and their families worked together to collect the toys, including dolls, games, stuffed animals and more, which were donated to children in need during the holiday season. Following the drive, students delivered the items to Portland Fire and Rescue where they met with several firefighters from the organization. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others in their community.
