University Spokesman Steve Clarks says that all are welcome.

"If you are an Oregon Duck, PSU Viking or a follower of any other college or university, please join us. We are all Oregonians," he said.

The university spent one year renovating the roughy 40,000 square-foot second floor.

OSU shares the 15-story building with The Nines hotel, which takes up floors six through 15, and retails stores on the ground floor.

The third, fourth, and fifth floors are, as yet, unoccupied.
