Owner Of Bethany Center For Kids Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says that Alan and Ryan Hsu met their victim at the Best in Class Education Center, which they run.

BETHANY, OR – Two brothers who run an education center for children and teens in Bethany are charged with crimes against a teen that they met at the center. Ryan Hsu is charged with sexually abusing a minor while his brother, Alan, is charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says that the Hsus own the Best in Class Education Center, which helps children and teenagers.
Detectives received a report that Ryan, 31, had engaged in a sexual relationship with a teenaged female. Three days later, after confirming the tip, detectives arrested him. Two days later, Alan, 29, was charged with giving alcohol to the teen. Ryan, who was originally released after posting $1,000 bail, was re-arrested two weeks later after detectives found that he had violated his terms of release by attending a community event attended by minors.
The sheriff's office says that detectives believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with relevant information is asked to contact them at 503-846-2500.
