Court records reveal criminal history of Northeast Portland double stabbing suspect (koin.com) — Portland police are asking residents for help locating a 54-year-old man suspected in two Christmas Eve stabbings in Northeast Portland, where both victims survived. Court records show he has prior knife-related convictions in Multnomah County, raising neighborhood concerns about repeat violence and the justice system while authorities warn people to call 911 if they see him.
