PDX Traffic Alert: Two People Struck, One Dead On North Going
One person is dead and one is in critical condition after being hit by a car early Monday on North Going Street.
PORTLAND, OR — A woman is dead and a man is in critical condition after they were hit by at least one car early Friday morning. It happened around 4:30 on North Going in the Overlook neighborhood.
Someone had called 911 to report two people injured in the street.
They found two people in the street. The woman was dead and the man was rushed to the hospital where he's in critical.

Police say that a driver who hit the two stayed at the scene.
