Police Investigate Shooting Monday Night In NE Portland

Portland police investigators have not shared any suspect information in connection with a shooting off NE Sandy Boulevard Monday night.

PORTLAND, OR — One person sustained a serious but non-life-threatening gunshot wound in Northeast Portland Monday night, according to police. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting at this time.

Portland Police Bureau North Precinct officers were dispatched just before 9:15 p.m. Oct. 15 to the 13000-block of Northeast Prescott Drive after receiving reports of a shooting in the area. When officers arrived, they found one person who'd been shot.

The shooting victim was treated and taken to hospital with a serious but non-life-threatening injury.

Police have not shared any suspect information or made any arrests in connection with this incident. Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to call the PPB Tactical Operations Divisions' Gun Violence Response Team at 503-823-4106.
