Portland Man Shot In Shoulder By Stray Bullet While In Bed
A many lying in bed was shot in the shoulder, one of five stay bullets that entered his home.

PORTLAND, OR — A slightly different angle and the man lying in his bed at home near 130th and Powell could be dead. Police responded early Saturday morning and found that five bullets had entered his home from the street.
One of the bullets grazed his shoulder and into the headboard of the bed where he was.

Police say that while the man was barely injured and didn't need to go to a hospital, if the bullet had entered his home at a different angle, it would have been a different story.
Detectives say that they don't believe the man was the target. They've determined that the shots were likely fired from a moving car or cars two blocks away.
