Portland Police Arrest Man In 7-11 Parking Lot Double Shooting
Police say that Andrew James shot two people in the parking lot of the 7-11 on Southeast 122nd. They have not yet said why.

PORTLAND, OR – Portland Police on Friday arrested 33-year-old Andrew James Miller in connection with a double shooting just over three weeks ago. Miller is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, and felon in possession of a firearm.
The incident happened on Aug. 5, 2018 in the parking lot of the 7-11 at 3500 Southeast 122nd Avenue.

Detectives found that James was staying at an apartment in the complex at 12230 Southeast Bush Street.
Early Friday morning, officers with the police bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team working with the Crisis Negotiation Team, served a warrant and took Miller into custody.
