Portland Police Ask For Help Finding Missing Man With Dementia

Henry Brown has not been seen since Wednesday afternoon when he left his home on SE 84th to walk to the store, He did not return.

PORTLAND, OR – Take a good look at the man in the picture. His name is Henry Brown, he is 66-years-old, has dementia, and has not been seen since Wednesday afternoon.

Portland Police would love you to keep an eye out for him.

Brown left his home on the 5800 block of Southeast 84th Avenue and was headed to a nearby store at Southeast 84th and Foster.

While Brown suffers from dementia, police say that he should respond to his name.

He is 5'7", 145 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark blue puffy coat, jeans, black Nike shoes that glow in the dark, and a black baseball cap. He may have also been walking with a cane and wearing sunglasses.

Police ask that anyone seeing Brown to please call 9-1-1 so that officers may check his welfare. Anyone with non-emergency information about Brown should contact Detective Lori Fonken at 503-823-1081, lori.fonken@portlandoregon.gov.
