Portland Police Chase Leads To Guns, Drugs Seized, Two Arrests
A brief chase by Portland Police led to the arrest of two convicted felons, both of whom were in possession of guns, according to police.

PORTLAND, OR – If Larry Yanez Rubio had stayed away from police officers on Tuesday, it's possible that Leonel Olivera-Hernandez wouldn't be under arrest. Not yet anyway.
Portland Police say that officers from the East Precinct Neighborhood Response Team approached Rubio on Tuesday knowing that the 29 year old had a warrant for his arrest.
He initially fled as they approached but soon gave himself up. They found that Rubio, a convicted felon, was carrying two guns, nearly 30 grams of heroin, almost 6 grams of meth, and seven Oxycodone pills.
