Police ID Motorcyclist Killed In Marine Drive Crash
Police say 48-year-old Thomas M. Sciborski was riding his motorcycle east on NE Marine Drive when he collided with a westbound semi-truck.

PORTLAND, OR — Police say the motorcyclist killed on Wednesday in a crash on Northeast Marine Drive was 48-year-old Thomas M. Sciborski of Portland. No citations have been issued and no arrests have been made as part of this crash investigation, police officials said.
Sciborski was reportedly traveling east through the 8300-block of Northeast Marine Drive when he left his lane and collided with a westbound semi-truck. Police say it appears Sciborski tried to correct his angle but did not do so in time.

Sciborski's death was the 25th traffic fatality investigated by the Police Bureau's Major Crash Team this year.
