Portland Police Offer Reward In October Fatal Hit And Run Crash

54-year-old Loan Diep was killed when a car struck her as she crossed Southeast Division and 138th. Portland Police want to find the driver.

PORTLAND, OR – On October 10, 2017, around 10:15 at night, 54-year-old Loan Diep was walking home from work when he started to cross Southeast Division at 138th when she was struck by a car. As she lay on the ground, a second car ran her over.

Both cars pulled over and the drivers got out.

On surveillance video, the driver of the second car can be seen running toward Diep. In the video, people from the first car can be seen getting back in their car and driving away before police arrived.

Portland Police and Crime Stoppers of Oregon are looking for those people and are offering a reward for information.

All that detectives have been able to figure out is that vehicle is a newer sedan.
