PORTLAND, OR – The man in the picture was barely a man. He was only 19-years-old when, in 2015, he was found bleeding to death in North Portland.
Portland Police are hoping that someone knows who killed Dalton Marshall.
The Vancouver resident was believed to have been out socializing with friends along North Interstate before he was found just after 2 a.m. by the intersection of Bruce and Hudson bleeding.

He would be pronounced dead at the scene, killed by a gunshot.

Portland Police say they have no information on who killed him or why.
A reward of up to $2,500 is now being offered by Crime Stoppers of Oregon for information leading to an arrest in the case.
