Portland Unsolved Murder Spurs Police Request For Public's Help
Steven McCorvey, Jr. was found murdered six years ago today. Portland police are asking for people to come forward with information.

PORTLAND, OR – The night of September 23, 2015, reports of gunfire brought Portland police to Northeast 15th Avenue and Buffalo Street. there they found two people in a car. Both had been shot.
One was a 41-year-old woman whose name has not been released. she was rushed to the hospital and survived.
The other person, 30-year-old Stephen Dwayne McCovrey, Jr., had been killed.

Six years later, Portland police still have no information on who killed McCovrey or why.

They hope that someone will step forward and reach out to Crime Stoppers of Oregon with information. There is a $2,500 reward if the information leads to an arrest.
