Third Trimet Shooting In Six Months Investigated By Police
A driver was narrowly missed when a bullet crashed through the window.

PORTLAND, OR — Portland Police are seeking the person who fired a bullet through the window of a bus Thursday night. The driver narrowly escaped injury.
There was one passenger on board. The passenger wasn't injured either.
Police believe that two men had been fighting by Southwest 8th Ave. and Oak St. when the shot was fired. The two men fled.

It was the third shooting involving a TriMet bus this year following a shooting in May in which the driver was injured and a shooting in August when a passenger was killed during a fight.
