Three Semi-Trucks Destroyed By Fire At Portland Service Shop
The three trucks were at a service shop on Southeast Foster when one caught fire and the flames spread to the other two.

PORTLAND, OR – Fire officials are investigating the destruction of five trucks early Thursday morning. It happened at a service shop, VH Truck Service Repair Shop, at Southeast Foster Road and 113th Boulevard.
The fire appears to have started on the driver's side near the windshield of a semi-truck and then spread to two other semis and two other trucks.
All five were badly damaged.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire before it spread to the nearby buildings.

Officials have not yet determined a cause of the fire.
The city's Bureau of Environmental Services was notified because it appeared that some of the diesel that fueled the fire went into the shop's drain system.
