Tik Tok Shooter Arrested, Charged With Attempted Murder: Police
Joshua Flores, 32, fired multiple rounds into the Tik Tok Restaurant and Bar in an attempt to kill a specific person, police say.

PORTLAND, OR — Police on Monday arrested the man they believe is responsible for the shooting at Tik Tok Restaurant and Bar last week, which is now being treated as an attempted murder — though police said no injuries were reported.
Joshua Victor Flores, 32, was taken to Multnomah County Jail and charged with attempted murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
Flores was arrested at the Barden Apartments, 14021 S.E. Stark St., on June 18, but the Tik Tok shooting investigation began last Monday, June 11, after Portland Police Bureau officers from the East Precinct were dispatched to reports of gunfire at 11215 S.E. Division St. just before 10 p.m.

According to investigators, Flores allegedly fired multiple rounds into the restaurant in an effort to strike a specific person. What may have motivated the shooting, and the relationship between Flores and his allegedly intended target, remain unclear.
